Reminders can significantly increase completion:

Best Timing
- First Reminder: 3-4 days after initial send
- Second Reminder: 5-7 days after first reminder
- Final Reminder: 2-3 days before survey closes
Setting Up Automated Reminders
Creating a Reminder Schedule
- Go to your survey’s Collect tab
- Select your email collector
- Click the Reminders tab
- Click Create Reminder
Reminder Settings
Configure each reminder:
Timing:
- Days after previous message
- Specific date and time
- Time zone
Recipients:
- Non-respondents only (default)
- Started but not completed
- Specific contact groups
Message:
- Custom subject line
- Custom email body
- Use different messaging than original
Multiple Reminders
Add up to 5 automated reminders:
- Click Add Another Reminder
- Set interval from previous
- Customize each message
- Review full schedule

Manual Reminders
Sending a One-Off Reminder
Send immediately to non-respondents:
- Go to Collect > Email Collector
- Click Send Reminder
- Select recipients
- Compose message
- Send immediately or schedule
Targeting Specific Recipients
Filter recipients for your reminder:
- All non-respondents
- Opened but didn’t start
- Started but didn’t complete
- Specific contacts by name
- By contact group

Subject Lines
Change subject lines for each reminder:
First Reminder:
- “Reminder: We’d love your feedback”
- “Just checking in - survey still open”
Second Reminder:
- “Last chance to share your thoughts”
- “Survey closing soon”
Final Reminder:
- “Final reminder: Survey closes tomorrow”
- “Don’t miss out - last day to respond”

Reminder Best Practices

Don’t over-remind:
