As a survey creator, you act as a data controller for the responses you collect. You are responsible for:

• Responding to data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property Rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C-9 TECH LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
