Text blocks display text content in your survey without requiring a response. Use them for instructions, explanations, section introductions, and legal text.
When to Use
Text blocks are ideal for:
- Instructions - How to complete the survey
- Section introductions - Introduce new topics
- Explanations - Context for upcoming questions
- Legal text - Terms, privacy policies, consent
- Thank you messages - Mid-survey acknowledgments
Adding a Text Block
- Click Add Question in the survey editor
- Select Text Block (under Display Elements)
- Enter your content
- Format as needed
- Position in survey

Writing Style
Clear and concise:

Length
Keep it brief:
