Setting Up White Label

Custom Domain Configuration

Go to Account > White Label
Click Set Up Custom Domain
Enter your subdomain (e.g., surveys.yourcompany.com)
Add DNS records provided
Verify domain ownership
SSL certificate auto-provisioned

DNS Records Required:

Type: CNAME
Name: surveys
Value: custom.surveymethods.com
TTL: 3600

Domain Verification

After adding DNS records:

Click Verify Domain
Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
Certificate provisioned automatically
Domain becomes active

Branding Your Surveys

Account-Level Branding

Apply to all surveys by default:

Go to Account > Branding
Upload your logo
Set primary/secondary colors
Choose default fonts
Upload favicon

Survey-Level Branding

Override for specific surveys:

Open survey in editor
Go to Design > Theme
Click Custom Branding
Override account defaults
